He set clear goals which are well defined and measurable so that everyone on the team is on the same page and understands the direction in which the project is going.
He is also an experienced Temporary Works Coordinator to specific areas of above ground temporary works covered by scaffolding, falsework, hoardings and formwork.
Eliseo is a Civil Engineer (HND) and is a Graduate Member of Institution of Civil Engineers (UK).
